Pallavi Dean, Founder and Creative Director of Roar, remarks:

“Our goal was to capture the dynamic energy of the airport and transform it into an inviting eatery where travelers can relax and enjoy their meals. We paid homage to the Five Guys legacy with signature red and white hues, while introducing features like LED light patterns on the ceiling to enhance the dining experience.”

The sleek high stools with plush red cushions evoke 1970s American-style diners, complemented by a red resin bar top with white accents and a base adorned with white tiles. The communal table, with a wooden top inlaid with white tiles and a red-tiled base, serves as a social hub. Surrounding grey-cushioned chairs add casual refinement, while a custom central light and a striking mosaic floor create a visually captivating centerpiece. The booths blend comfort and style with red and grey elements, stylish wall lights, and wooden tables, making them perfect cocoons for travelers to unwind.
